You Are All You Need.

We often think that change requires many outside things. It doesn't.


Sometimes we feel like we need a lot of things to start: the right clothes, a gym membership, weights, proper running shoes, better weather, a more convenient time ... but not really. All we need is ourselves.


Change, they say, comes from within. But it also comes from just outside of yourself, too. So go ahead and just begin.

It's never true, this game of having to go out and get something first before you can start. You already have everything you need. The floor can can be your workout partner. So can a chair. Gravity is a great aid, too, giving you a good workout by simply walking up some stairs, or lying down to do some sit-ups.


You are all you need. You have everything you need with you at all times. You have it right now. All you need is the impulse to stop whatever else you are doing, and just start.


Change, they say, comes from within. But it also comes from just outside of yourself, too. So go ahead, grab that chair, get on the floor, and just begin ...
